Spirobolida Millipede. These animals are found across Australia feeding on the soft parts of plants and decaying vegetation. Images show adult millipede foraging amongst lichen, fungus and the rough bark crevices of a grden tree. Southern Highlands, NSW.

White-tailed Spider, Lampona cylindrata or Lampona murina

White tailed Spiders have a dark reddish to grey, cigar-shaped body and dark orange-brown banded legs. Both species are almost identical.
